Grief touches every life, yet many of us are never taught how to express it, honor it, or make space for it.
This gentle, supportive workshop offers an opportunity to explore grief through the creative process. Using mixed media art journaling, reflection, and guided prompts, you’ll begin creating a personal space where thoughts, memories, emotions, and experiences can be expressed without judgment.
No artistic experience is required. The focus is not on creating beautiful art, but on giving yourself permission to explore, reflect, and express what may be difficult to put into words.
Whether your grief is recent or long-held, connected to the loss of a loved one, a life transition, a relationship, a dream, or another significant change, this workshop offers a compassionate space for creative expression and healing.

This workshop is appropriate for anyone experiencing loss, change, transition, or the many forms of grief that accompany life’s challenges.
Attend one or attend many. Each workshop is a complete standalone experience, offering its own opportunities for creativity, healing, and self-discovery. While the sessions explore different themes and approaches, no prior attendance is required.
These workshops stand on their own while also offering a glimpse into Brenda’s deeper multi-session creative healing programs.
