Sometimes the most meaningful conversations happen when we stop trying to talk and start creating together.
This interactive workshop explores how creativity, play, and mixed media journaling can open new pathways for communication between parents and children. Through simple creative activities and guided exploration, you’ll discover ways to reduce pressure, foster connection, and create opportunities for authentic conversation.
Whether your child is chatty, quiet, independent, or somewhere in between, creative experiences can help build trust, understanding, and connection in ways that traditional conversations sometimes cannot.
You’ll leave with practical ideas you can use at home, along with a deeper understanding of how creativity can support healthy communication and relationships.
Attend one or attend many. Each workshop is a complete standalone experience, offering its own opportunities for creativity, healing, and self-discovery. While the sessions explore different themes and approaches, no prior attendance is required.
These workshops stand on their own while also offering a glimpse into Brenda’s deeper multi-session creative healing programs.
All supplies are included.
