Dancing with Grief – September 2026

This group meets for 90-minutes once a week for 4 weeks. Brenda, who is a widow, will gently guide you in creating a mixed-media grief journal. Here, we can use our journals as a sacred vessel to safely hold all that grief has to say. Here we can begin the journey of healing, All supplies are included for all classes.
