Mental health can feel like a black hole—one we rarely talk about, even as anxiety, depression, self-harm, and suicide impact so many lives.
It’s time to bring these struggles into the light. Let’s normalize asking for help, seeking coping skills, and being in community. With creativity, honesty, and self-expression, we can begin to chart a path forward. Naming the darkness doesn’t cause harm—it creates space for healing and courage.
Through the art of Junk Journaling, we’ll explore mixed media techniques, positive self-talk, reflection, and sensory-based tools. Each participant will create a personalized journal filled with insights and coping strategies—practical tools they can return to again and again.
