Since 2016, Haley has been dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate their mental health journeys. With experience in county, clinical, and school settings, she has worked with children, teens, and adults, offering compassionate, client-centered care to people at all stages of life. She is trained in Theraplay, which informs her work with children and families to build secure attachment and strengthen relationships.
Haley specializes in supporting clients with anxiety, depression, PTSD, and behavioral challenges. She uses evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Trauma-Informed Care, Mindfulness, and trained in Theraplay techniques, always tailoring her work to meet each client’s unique needs.
Haley earned her Bachelor’s degree from Lewis-Clark State College in Coeur d’Alene, ID, and her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from Capella University. She is also a proud mother of two and enjoys hockey, lake life, and powerlifting in her free time.
