Holy Fire Soul Painting
Do you want to paint a pretty picture? If so – this group is NOT for you! Holy Fire Intuitive painting takes you on a journey of trust and discovery. During this weekly 90-minute group, which meets for 4 weeks, we will use the power of paint, paper, and the mighty brush to learn to listen to the voice of our soul and to trust our wise intuitive self. Brenda uses movement, music, and sacred shaking that allows the group to express the often hidden places of our being. This is a place to get a little messy, maybe laugh, maybe cry, but mostly a safe space to express your precious self. All supplies are included for all classes.

From Pain to Expression: Junk Journaling for Healing
Mental health is a huge black hole in our society- and in many people100’s lives. Anxiety, depression, cutting, suicide- all dark things we often don’t want to talk about.
Let’s bring it out into the light. Let’s normalize asking for help. Let’s be ok with looking for coping skills. Let’s be ok with being in community and holding sacred space as we use creativity, honesty and our own uniqueness to find a path forward. Naming the bogies in the darkness won’t cause someone to cut or commit suicide- but it may give them the courage to seek help.
Cutting often starts in the tween years. In this series of classes we will use the art of Junk Journaling to explore alternatives to cutting.
The techniques of mixed media art, positive self talk and reflection and sensory seeking solutions combine to create a unique journal containing insights, coping mechanisms and tools created by each participant.
Junk Journaling for Cutters meets the first four Wednesdays of the month. Follow the link for more information and to register.
