Cortney Foster, MSW, LICSW (she/her/hers)

Cortney has worked in corrections, health care, schools and private practice since 2007. She enjoys working with teenagers and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, grief and other mental health areas. Throughout her work, she has promoted the health and wellness of individuals and their families by providing them with support, compassion and resources to help succeed in everyday life.
She has been trained to serve a broad spectrum of behavioral health needs. She firmly believes everyone deserves to live a full and healthy life; she has dedicated her time and skills to help individuals navigate difficult roads and achieve success. She remains committed to helping them gain the necessary tools to build a healthy, successful life. Her areas of interest are in co-occurring disorders, working with individuals to build insight into their growth potential and collaborating with the individual to meet their goals. She has been trained in and utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and EMDR.

5 years supervising and training crisis response teams for children and adolescents, as well as adults with severe and persistent mental illness
