Life can feel heavy at times. Stress, family struggles, and relationship challenges can leave us questioning who we are or where we belong. That uncertainty often creates anxiety, and it may feel overwhelming to face it alone. The good news is you don’t have to. My goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you sort through what matters most to you.

With more than 20 years of experience supporting children and families, I’ve seen the many ways people seek growth and healing. That understanding led me to pursue my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and I am now completing my internship at The Creative Therapy Center in Elk River. I work with couples, families, children, teens, and adults, offering a compassionate, down-to-earth approach that blends professional training with lived experience.

To me, moving toward a healthier self means deepening self-understanding, easing anxiety, strengthening communication, and extending grace to yourself and others. Each person carries a unique story shaped by their lived experiences, and I view that individuality as a gift. My own journey—navigating relationships, medical concerns, and mental health challenges—has shaped a therapeutic style that values authenticity, creativity, and connection.
